In partnership with Atlantic Capital Properties, Gateway Ventures is developing an $87mm, 25 story student housing tower. The Class A project will consist of 742 beds across 247 student apartments with 15 percent set aside for residents earning 80 percent of Area Median Income (AMI.) Work commenced in 2020 and the project is slated to be complete in summer of 2022 and will cater primarily to Georgia State students. The development is sited on the former home of Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects who is the architect for the project.
